Real-time Applications Using AOTF Hyperspectral Imagers
Brimrose Technology has introduced a new series of unique, very fast, solid state AOTF SWIR Hyperspectral Imager Technology in the SWIR and LWIR bands. The AOTF SWIR Hyperspectral Imagers provide high quantum efficiency and excellent imaging performance in the 900-1700nm range. The AOTF SWIR Hyperspectal Imaging System with software uses sunlight as source for various HME, WMD, and Hyperspectral Taggants signatures for many military, defense, robotics, security and other special mission imaging applications.

  • AOTF SWIR Hyperspectral Imager Used to Scan Watertower at Different Wavelength

    This demo of Brimrose's AOTF SWIR Imager scanning across 900-1700nm (or 950-1400nm). Spectral peaks can be seen for the overhead clouds.

  • AOTF SWIR Hyperspectral Imaging System Used to Scan Various Liquid Samples

    Brighter pixels reflect higher transmission spectral values. Acquisition speed of the system was 30 fps (video includes pauses at spectral peaks), with 200 total spectral points collected. A graph of the samples' center-weighted spectra is given at the end of the video. Differing absorption/transmission bands of the samples can be clearly seen, especially between water-based and oil-based groups.
